裱糊書畫DIY Fabric framing DIY





Last Wednesday, Mr Wang illustrated the basic layering of a piece of artwork and framing it with ling fabric.

王老師展示装裱用绫纸 lining artwork with ling paper



Add glue to 2mm edge of the artwork

Press hard so the fabric adhere to the edge 



Gluing the last piece of fabric to the top




Spray water at the back



Put the large white backing sheet over and spray again


Apply glue to one side of the backing sheet






press hard to adhere




Repeat on the other side








Ready to hang up to dry (on window or smooth surface)
Watching attentively

Upon request by Garden City Library, our members have prepared lucky red scrolls for them to display in coming Chinese New Year.
